About

Maui Rainbow Tours is a small, locally run tour company. We keep groups small so the day stays flexible: more time where the light is good, no waiting for a full-size bus to load.

Every tour is guided by someone who lives here and knows the island beyond the guidebook stops. We handle the driving, the snacks and the plan; you handle the looking around.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel 48 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. Cancel by email to contact@mauirainbowtours.com. The 48 hours are counted from your tour's pickup time, Hawaii time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are not refundable.
  • Road closures and weather can change the route on the day. We adjust the stops and run the tour; a changed itinerary is not grounds for a refund.
  • If we cancel your tour for any reason, you choose a reschedule or a full refund.
  • Bookings made through a third-party site follow that site's cancellation terms.
